conditions
The following terms of delivery apply exclusively to business transactions between Schneikel Electronics GmbH and the customer. In any case, they take precedence over any other conditions that were sent by the customer or are on his document.

delivery
The products contained in our catalogs are generally delivered immediately from stock. If shipping from stock is not possible, the expected date will be given in the order confirmation. If an order cannot be completed with a single delivery, no shipping costs will be charged for the subsequent deliveries. We reserve the right to deliver equivalent replacement items. In all cases, we are not liable for delays in delivery for which the manufacturer is responsible.
Technical specifications
We are only the manufacturer for a certain part of our range. For products of which we are not the manufacturer, all technical information, data and dimensions are based on the information provided by the relevant manufacturer and are not a guarantee on our part for specific properties. No liability can be accepted for any printing or transmission errors.
Prices
All prices are given in Swiss francs. All prices are excl. VAT and do not include shipping costs.
If there are no customer agreements, postage and packaging will be charged separately, resp. billed by agreement. The applicable postage and shipping costs can be seen in the online shop under "Shipping and Costs" or on the Internet (www.schneikel-racks.com).
payment
If there are no customer agreements, our invoices are payable no later than 30 days after the invoice date without any deductions. In the event of non-compliance with this payment deadline, we are entitled to charge default interest of 7% and processing fees.
We reserve the right to carry out orders from new customers and from existing customers against cash on delivery or prepayment.
Complaints and returns
Complaints must be made within 14 days of the delivery date, otherwise the delivery is deemed to have been accepted. The following conditions apply:

All material must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging.

Everything must be complete and functional.
We reserve the right to make a corresponding deduction for non-compliance with these conditions and for the effort involved.
guarantee
The warranty period is 2 years unless otherwise stated in the sales documents. It starts from the delivery date.
In the event of warranty claims, the defective material must be sent to us with a copy of the invoice, or to deliver. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from modifications or repairs made by the customer, wear and tear, force majeure or failure to comply with operating instructions.
Liability
The customer is responsible for the selection and use of the products. Claims for damages of any kind are excluded unless we are responsible for the damage intentionally or through gross negligence. In no event shall we be liable for consequential or indirect damage.
place of jurisdiction
Our business activities are based exclusively on Swiss law. Place of performance and place of jurisdiction is Geroldswil.
